Redefining Banking

I was creative director of touchpoints on the Akbank Retail Experience program—responsible for designing and detailing the fixtures within the banking environment.

Akbank is a bold concept that humanizes the banking experience, by prioritizing seamless service, transparency and empathy. The concept introduces a number of empowering touchpoints. A Conversation Bar provides a welcoming space for non-transactional, learning-focused interactions, while E-teller machines allow people to complete simple transactions quickly.
