I was a designer for the global Citibank design team at Eight Inc.— responsible for designing and developing the retail touchpoints.
The project focused on understanding future customer needs and redefine their banking experience using technology, architecture, design and new retail channels to connect customers to their personal finances and provide them with a better way of banking.
